Posted October 08, 2018 06:32:38 If you want to grow your own vegetables without a backyard, you can’t do it in your garden.
But that’s what a number of growers are doing in a new online tool, called Inari Agriculture.
Its a website that lets you create and share edible plants that can be grown outdoors.
The tool was created by a team of farmers and other researchers from Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.
“I think it will be a very big thing,” says Daniele Gattone, a research scientist at the University of Adelaide.
It could help farmers make healthier choices.
Inari Agriculture says it has produced more than 300 varieties of edible plants, and is aiming to produce 3,000 by 2019.
You can learn more about it at InaiAgriculture.com.au.
