However, the number one reason many people are attracted to this work is because of the amount of money it can offer.
According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average annual wage in agriculture in 2020 was $26,000, while the average salary for a scientist was $81,000.
According to a 2016 survey conducted by The Washington Post, the median annual household income for all employees in the United Kingdom was £25,000 in 2020.
For those who are just starting out, this is $26.60 per hour, which equates to a gross salary of just over $150,000 per year.
The average American household income was $51,000 and a full-time worker in the U.S. earns about $80,000 annually. In the U
